How Do I Track My Order?

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days after your item is received. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and not be on our list of non-returnable products. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at support@byodreamhome.com and we will happily assist you from there.
